"HAVE A 86 IMPERIAL CABIN BOAT

"HAVE A 86 IMPERIAL CABIN BOAT 24' PICKING UP A VIBRATION BETWEEN 5 & 15 KNOTS , IT GOES AWAY MOSTLY WHEN GASING IT UP TO 20 KNOTS OR SO. THE MOTOR IS VOLVO 225E W/ 275 DRIVE. HAVE RECENTLY PULLED MOTOR AND DRIVE TO CHANGE OIL PUMP , REPLACED U JOINTS IN DRIVE AND MADE SOME OTHER REPAIRS WHILE OUT , THIS WAS THE FIRST TRIP BACK OUT AN SHE DONE REAL GOOD BESIDES VIBRATION . VIBRATION SEEM TO GET WORSE ON DAY 2 . PLEASE GIVE ME LIST OF POSSIBLE CAUSES SO I CAN CHECK. THANKS ALOT , CHRIS"

"I would start checking the condition of the propeller (nick, bent blade, etc) and the firing order for the spark plug leads.

When is the last time you checked/greased the drive u-joints?"

I spun the prop on my hub about two months back and had massive vibration before I fitted a new one.
