We have a 2001 Mariner 115hp EFI four stroke with a stainless Mercury Vengence prop (with just over 200 hours) on a Zodiac open pro 650.
We were slowly motoring along at 1800-2000rpm and noticed a vibration through the steering wheel and the helm bench seat. before 1800rpm and after 2000rpm it's really smooth.
We've had the injectors cleaned, VST and high pressure pump drained, fuel tank drained, new fuel filters and new spark plugs as it was layed up for 3 years and was misfiring/stalling over 2500rpm.
As it's been a while we can't remember if it vibrated like this before or not, is this normal or is something causing it?
