I am working on a 2011 Verado 225. The problem I am having is that it seems like its starving for fuel. I have checked the fuel pressure on the fuel rail and there was none. No fuel came out of the schrader. My question is there anyway to check the lift pump in the fsm?

ful filter plugged? fuel valve shut off?

I replaced both fuel filters. Where is the fuel valve shutoff?
