verado 150 does not exeed 2600 rpm

hi i have a verado 150 the rpm goes up to 2600 t/m and then start beeping and cannot go over 2600t/m on the dashbord i have check engine ,i scaned the engine and have the code is fuel level ckt hi come back ,i erased the code twist but the code come back ,there is no overheating

I don't want you think you are being ignored here, it's just there is little advice anyone can give you on a "do it yourself" board like this one with regards to this motor.

The Verado is arguably one of the most technically advanced motors on the planet. It even makes the engine in your tow vehicle look like something invented in the dark ages.

They are computer driven by multiple sensors, super charged, injected, filtered, with multiple fuel pumps and pressured rails - etc etc etc.

You CAN NOT tweak a few things on these with a screwdriver or a box wrench and "get them running normally again".

Your motor is throwing a couple of codes and the guardian system is restricting the rpms to prevent further harm. You MUST take it into a certified Merc dealer, have it fully diagnosed with a DDT loaded with the requisite Verado software and allow them to "replace" the faulty circuits or sensors (upto/including the engine computer).

Yes, a computer driven supercharged outboard has alot of "pro's" - but on the "con" side of things is, it is no longer possible to work on these in your driveway. When they are "broke" you take them in and hand over your "first born" to pay for the repairs....
 
Fault # 75, Fuel Level 1 Circuit High,Fuel Sender, Fuel level sensor is not working properly.
Non‑Critical ‑ Service Engine Soon.
Fuel level sensor circuit open.
This is primary fuel tank if two tanks are used.
Wiring problem.
Sensor problem.
If sensor is not installed this is a normal fault message.

ESC,
Electronic Shift Controller sometimes referred to as shift actuator. Uses a small electric motor to move a shaft that places the gearcase or transmission in forward, neutral or reverse gear, based upon requests from the ERC control (via the command module and PCM).
Falut # 148, ESC and Neutral Switch Position Fault. Shift controller is not working properly. Non‑Critical ‑ Service Engine Soon. ESC actuator's determination of its position and neutral switch position do not agree. Harness connection to neutral switch faulty, or faulty neutral switch.

ERC, Electronic Remote Control, sends throttle and shift inputs electronically to the engine via the command module and PCM.

Just so you are aware, There is a specialized forum that covers verados only called verado club. The owner of the club has a few expert contributors that are paid to monitor that forum, but the only way to be able to talk to them is if you contribute to the forum. From what i understand if you own a verado and are a do it yourselfer it's supposed to be well worth the $40.00-$50.00 to contribute. It's talked about here,

You are way down on available power at 5 %, should read 100% when everything is in working order.
