"Simple question I guess. I bought two fans today. Marine rated, fuel fume rated, no arcy sparky.
Do the fans get set up to draw air from the hull and blow it overoboard or do they draw fresh air and blow it into the hull?"
 
Blowers pull air from the bilg

Blowers pull air from the bilge by air hose and push it out the exhaust vent. The air inlet hose must reach the bilge a few inches off of the floor.

"Actually, the blower motor suction hose is best when placed at a low point in the engine bay due to the gravity of gasoline vapors!
Multiple inlet/supply vent hose(s) can be randomly positioned, but away from the suction hose end position as to create a good exchange of air."
