Ayuh,..... I believe the folks that wrote the software for the newest vBulletin,....

Are the Same folks that wrote the software for the recent debut of the Obamacare website,....

Mod tools that aren't there,...

Error messages up the whazoo,....

I tried to stay positive about it .........I really did, but it is almost impossible to navigate through too many small issues that make one big mess,

I might be speaking out of turn, but I think it was more than a simple upgrade, I don't recall seeing a heads up of a pending upgrade. Did they also change servers? try and make the place connect to other area's of the net?

Something just does not add up
 
I tried to accept the site with the problems but it finally got the best of me.Even today could not get to the site, Aol Firefox ,Chrome, nothing
Left email and have not received any response.Left a post there for someone to notify me here when its fixed.

My latest message said " there is a server error and page cannot be rendered"
 
I heard through the grape vine.........

A rather large boating forum made a similar move last year.
Lots of good info has been lost forever.
A large boat manufacturer no longer links to the forum.
Approx 10,000 of the XX,XXX members have all but given up trying to log on due to issues.
Many members lost post counts.
Previous saved Hyperlinks are no longer good now.
The search feature has much to be desired.

What is "internal server error" mean?

It can mean several things...... if it say's internal server error 500 that is likely to mean no response from the software or the server itself.......but most times is not any issue with end user computer or browser.

But I am no computer expert...........I did however stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night....:)
 
just spent about 20 minutes trying to get back to iboats, nothing. When ,If I ever get back I`m going to try and leave a post for those people to come over here.
sill no response from the mail I leave either.Maybe over here we can answer their needs.
 
thanks BT for directing me here! I have sent emails for almost 5 days with no response, I have not be able to login. Apparently the contact us doesn't work either, or.............. nobody cares??????? hmmm

Cant login either, might try calling them today to see if they know.
From what I did see at the quick glance was they removed my post to go here.
 
I have been fooling with it all morning......... write a reply........constant errors! one would need the patience of Jobe to muddle through all that to maybe get your reply posted.........
