Unknown substance in coolant resivoir

The engine is a 2018 5.3L with closed cooling. Not sure what is in the tank, I got some out and feels like silicone gel or some type of grease? Engine has ~ 5hrs on it. Dealer sent the image to VP and I was told not to worry as long as the fluid looked good. They did not elaborate on what it may be. Anyone come across this before?

Thanks!

Could just be some oil not cleaned out of the engine during mfg. Then again, could be an oil leak between the oil passages to the head and the water jacket at the head gasket. Time will tell. If the amount in the over flow tank stays the same, you're likely OK... If it continues to build up, you have a problem. Keep careful track of the oil level and oil color in the engine as well as coolant level.
