Unknown Motor serial

682CS152002, I couldn't find any information on this motor anywhere on the internet. Any help in identifying it would be appreciated, and also a website that sells:
Spark Plugs 94702-00271
Impeller 63V-44352-01
Filter 61N-2456-00
Cartridge 61N-24563-00

If anyone knows where to obtain any of these parts, please list the website. Thanks!

The motor is a 2-stroke 9.9 horsepower outboard motor with a short propeller shaft.
 
1978 9.9 horse "B" model (that's the 682 break out)

C - tiller model

S - short shaft (15")

the 152002 is the actual serial. It looks to be a Yamaha built Mariner model but that particular serial doesn't fall into their production lists.

Regardless of whether it was sold as a Yami or a Mariner it is "mechanically" a 1978 model 9.9B, and parts can be obtained from Yami with that much information.
