Uneven compression on a rebuilt motor?

I've just finished the break in process on a new rebuilt motor, a 115 Evinrude. When I did a compression test, I get 150psi on 2 cylinders and the other side has 130psi. Will the compression even out after some more run time or does this indicate a problem? I made sure to follow the break in procedure exactly.

That's unusually high compression on either bank. Did you mill the heads or block?

No, it was done by the shop that I got the motor from in exchange for the other one that was giving me problems, if you remember that thread.
