Is it an "end of the world" event when my '59 Johnson 3 hp motor has a 10 lb difference between the two cylinders? (#1 = 30/31 lbs & #2 = 40lbs)

80 inch # is only 6 3/4 foot #.I just now torqued down the head bolts. I don't have an "inch pound" torque wrench (mine measures in foot lbs), but did notice that I failed to tighten the bolts at all after replacing the gasket. So, re-torquing now (w/o inch torque wrench & guessing for now) I brought both cylinders up to 50 lbs. Is that pressure adequate? Also, previously I did sand the head on a piece of glass and did get the mild wrap out of it.
