Ulterra has no power

my Ulterra does not deploy and no power to accelerate. 3 bank charger sez fully charged and verified with test at O Reilly Auto Store. Remote sez no power in batteries, 24 volt system. Checked all connections for corrosion, and all fuses at batteries to motor. Was able to deploy motor with Hummingbird Helix, but was a very slow mechanically. Then was able to stow motor again very slowly. No power to thrust motor. What is going on?!

sounds like a bad connection in the power wiring... these are high current paths and just checking for voltage with the motor off really doesn't prove anything...
