Checked all connections from back of ignitions to console to batteries to inside cowl ..Can jump-start port engine from starter only?? Starboard engine completely ok ... 2 batteries with 2 new switches..Battery switches have 3 positions - on - off -all..stbd engine starts in all positions ...port wont start (No Power??) in any Position..
