Is the overload thermal fuse l

Is the overload thermal fuse located on the engine?

Is there a simple way to chck the neutral safety switch?

"Normally, the thermal overloa

"Normally, the thermal overload fuse is attached to the engine close to the bellhousing, but not in all models (not sure which one is yours). It usually has a red button, and you have to press it in order to reset it if it has tripped due to overload.

The neutral safety switch is normally located in the control box, so you will have to find its location. You can test it for continuity with a multimeter set in ohms.

Another thing you may want to have a look at is the starting relay. In many of the older AQ series engine, that relay is located by the thermal overload fuse. Those relays are inexpensive."
