Tuhatsu 20hp 4 stroke EFI problems

So been having this problem where it boggles for a while and eventually clears out. But after a few minutes the red light blinks and it starts bogging again. I changed the fuel, fuel filter, plugs, oil change and fuel line so far . Changed the impeller last season. I'm lost. Anyone have any ideas?

What actual model? Is the oil level a little high?

What actual model? Is the oil level a little high? MFS20 EFI oil level is just at the top line

you can put an actual gauge on the port. I like to see the level at half way on the stick.
