Trying to save her

Chris Craft 29' HT Express Cruiser with Marine Power 305-k. This boat was my refuge, sunset platform, and favorite bar while I fought cancer for a few years. The wife out grew her and bought a 3218 Bayliner Motor-Yacht on the same dock which has been in for a re-power for six months. 100k later she is coming back in a few weeks and the wife wants me to loose the old one. Planned on selling her to a friend to keep the dock nice and friendly but while she has been sitting the last few years she seized, which is common I guess with exhaust manifold leaks on this model. Her value is in the slip, as it is transferable with the boat but only if she runs. Not trying to get my money back, just trying to keep her from the landfill w/o dropping another 10-15k on a re-power. I might be able to horse out those exhaust manifolds and risers, and un-seize the engine, or pull it and have it re-built. Anyone have any experience on here with trying to save an old 305? Thank you for reading this far, and any advise you can offer.

Guess you have pulled the plugs and the crankshaft wont move?

Was the engine prepared for storage when the boat went dormant or just left as it was? If the latter, fastest way is probably pull the engine and go thru it.

She sit's in a slip in Oceanside Harbor, used to run the engine every week in the slip, but got sick and she sat for year while I pulled the original fuel tanks (98 gallon tanks, with cracks someone had JB welded), replaced a clogged riser, starter, solenoid etc. So left as was I guess, I pulled just one plug from each side to see condition, and tried to move the crank, no luck. Although I would say it was luck to have reached that crankshaft pully at all to put a socket on it, there can't be mor than an inch between that and the bulkhead.
Thank you for replying, I appreciate it.

I would be inclined to remove all of the plugs ...

If you have a borescope, they are great for inspecting the cylinders...if you don't, there are decent cheap ones you can get online...many will run with your phone or a laptop..

Pull hard enough on the crank bolt and it will snap off.
My guess is the motor needs to be pulled, but might be able to free it up by pulling all plugs. Then squirt some penetrating oil in each cylinder and leave it for a couple days. Then try to crank over with starter
