TRYING TO IDENTIFY PART ON 04 JOHNSON 90

Trying to identify the broken part in photo so I can order a new one. Every parts diagram I find only calls out the lower throttle cable. Any help would be appreciated.

Correct it is part of the cable assembly.-----In the old days that was a separate part.----But not anymore.-----Order the new cable assembly.
