thats not a model # if made in usa it will start with a. J that# i believe is a part#

This is what it looks like, no pull rope it is electric start, color and stripes are correct, none of the manufacture tags are left on it. I was told it is a 25hp when I bought it. No remote steering it is a tiller

That number on the freeze plug is the serial number, not the model number

The manufacturer "never" repeats a hood paint design. That factory hood paint job would pinpoint the exact year. Unfortunately my books don't go up that high...... but some member will have it.
