Hi, I'm new to the forum and I would appreciate tips on how to cure my problem. I have a Mercury 75hp Optima Max and at first, when I trim up or down while in motion it will blow a 20 amp fuse that would kill the engine but it would crank over. Now it has started to blow another fuse that prevents the starter from turning the engine over, it just clicks. It just does this on occasion. I have checked the wiring, thinking that as the motor raised up or down it would short a wire out, but haven"t found a bad wire. I have it mounted on a center console with the proper control. Any help would be appreciated.
