"My boat,1999 4.3L, has been running fine then after 3 weeks of not using it I cant get it started.It is turning over but just wont start. I think it is getting gas.The starter has also been engaging sporadically.I am not sure if the problems are related.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated."

try charging battery and check

try charging battery and check and clean all elec connection at battery and starter.also dump a little gas down carb and try starting.
