My 1998 Suzuki 100 hp outboard
My 1998 Suzuki 100 hp outboard has a tilt/trim problem. The relay switches click when I press the button to raise or lower but nothing happens. I am trying to remove the tilt motor but the screws are pretty soft and tought o get to. I can remove the two bolts but I think there is a screw (3rd screw) in the back I am going to have a tough time getting at. Any suggestions out there? I am guessing that the problem is the connection to the motor is corroded from the salt water. Even if I drill the screws out it is going to very difficult to get the drill into drills straight down. I am very frustrated.
