1995 5.0 Celebrety. Having trouble with trim tilt. Tried changing relays with no difference in condition. Seems to make noise when I trim. Nothing on tilt. Playing with the trim it finally took off and went all the way up and kepted running. I had to turn batter off. Finally stopped. It is no working slowly down. Cant get it to repeat the up thing which I need to maintain if I'm ever going to get it to the shop. Taking relay back. I hate spuratic problems. Any suggestions.
