I need a part that is not listed in any breakdown I can find from BRP. On the breakdown from BRP for my motor their is a bolt head shown that does not have any part # shown. My problem is that behind that bolt head is a part. It may be some kind of shuttle valve. It comes out when that bolt is removed. The bolt head is located on the bottom of the left side of the assembly.

The part from my motor came out broken. It is metal and apparently BRP never has a problem with it. I need it to save me from having to buy the entire assembly.

Any body know where I can get one.
 
First your location ?-----If I was faced with that dilemma I would make one !!!-----Your local dealer will not help ?-----Your local machine shop can make you 1 or 2.
 
I am in Beaufort SC,USA. LOcal dealer can not find or locate the part. I dont have one to use as a guide as mine broke in parts

Is this the bolt you're talking about?

Racer is right, if you can't find one, hit up a local machine shop and have it made. Or, go to your local hardware store and get a stainless bolt with the same diameter and thread pitch. Then, if the length doesn't match the OEM have the machine shop modify it for your application.
 
Me thinks he is after item # 2 on this.-----Salty motor so make it out of brass or stainless.-----A real shame that your dealer refuses to call the factory to get one direct !!!!-----I know some dealers here would help with this simple problem !----If you are very patient I make you one !

Ah, gotcha. So is there an o-ring or gasket between that piece and the pump body?

If you still have the pieces, can you put them back together (as best as possible) and post a picture here? That will help quite a bit.

I don't really know what that piece is, but I would think it's possible for a local machine shop to fabricate one if needed.

Also, how about looking for an outboard salvage yard to find the part? The diagrams look like the 75, 90, and 115 motors share the same T&T assembly. Surely there is a salvage yard somewhere with one of these motors where you could get that part. It is definitely strange there is no part # on that component so maybe it's possible that's not considered a replaceable portion of the pump? Dunno, that's a new one for me.
