"i,ve a 1984 mercury 115 with
"i,ve a 1984 mercury 115 with a trim problem.will not trim up or down from throttle handle,but will trim down ,(not up though)from second switch at bow.when attemting to trim from throttle button no sounds are made.Thing worked fine last year.Can any one give advice,feel like its wiring but don't know where to start."
