Trim problem

Ive got an 85 Mercury Mariner

Ive got an 85 Mercury Mariner 75. The trim is not working and i need to tow the boat to get the motor looked at by a mechanic. I was told there is a pressure relief valve for the hydraulics. The transom mount says to not undo the screw because it is under pressure but I really need to lift this motor. Can anyone help?

Yes it is under pressure but y

Yes it is under pressure but you have to release the pressure to raise it.

That's what I assumed however it says never unscrew unless engine is tilted all the way up.

the warning is for the fill sc

the warning is for the fill screw. not the release
