"I have twin evinrude 150's. Both trim up but not neither down. When down switch is depressed///no sound clicking,etc. Is this a switch issue? I follow both trim motor leads to the engine but I am not sure how to trace to the battery so I am thinking it is some conncection commonly shared at the battery or the trim switch(switches) themselves. Any ideas?"
