OK, fix the motor, there's a no-brainer, but doesn't really lend itself to the ramp on a Sunday afternoon. Raising it manually is pretty obvious, too, except it can't be raised manually unless hoses are disconnected. Disconnecting the hoses is pretty obvious, too, except that's not an easy task considering location, again, at the ramp on a Sunday afternoon. So I'll ask another way, is there a way to raise the outdrive without R&R of the motor or disconnecting hoses and having two men and a small boy to get in the water and hoisting that puppy up manually. You know, like a way to relieve system pressure the way most (if not all) outboards have a relief valve ... :rolleyes:
