1994 DP-C drive, trim motor is TU with the drive down. What can be done to raise the drive so the boat can be trailered ...

Fix the trim motor or manually lift the drive up and tie it up

OK, fix the motor, there's a no-brainer, but doesn't really lend itself to the ramp on a Sunday afternoon. Raising it manually is pretty obvious, too, except it can't be raised manually unless hoses are disconnected. Disconnecting the hoses is pretty obvious, too, except that's not an easy task considering location, again, at the ramp on a Sunday afternoon. So I'll ask another way, is there a way to raise the outdrive without R&R of the motor or disconnecting hoses and having two men and a small boy to get in the water and hoisting that puppy up manually. You know, like a way to relieve system pressure the way most (if not all) outboards have a relief valve ... :rolleyes:
