Trim Issues

I have done my research and haven’t found the issue I have.
2002 bayliner 4.3 mercruiser. The trim does not work up or done most of the time. I have to press the up or down buttons multiple times before the trim will move. I can here it click or actuate every time I press the button but the motor doesn’t always come on and fluid level is good. Battery charge is full and even when I hook up the jump box I have the same result. I will check for loose connections but hearing the click or actuate sound every time I hit the button makes me think it’s something else.

Ayuh,..... Sounds like corroded wirin' ends,..... At the battery, or at the solenoids,....

Clean 'em all to shiny metal Clean, 'n don't forget the Grounds,.....

I had the same problem on my 3.0 Mercruiser it was the trim solenoids.Only use quality parts the first ones I got from ebay lasted a year.
