Trim. How to clean it ?

How to get my Mercury trim really black?

exactly 4 months and 10 days.

Spray w/Lime Away and brush it w/a stiff brush until it dissolves the salts. Etch and prime then paint.

Thank you very much that's a good idea and solved my problem.
I have no Lime away but I have pineapple vinegar (acidity5%).
I put vinegar on a Q-tip , rinse and just with my finger I could remove it.

(if you have no pineapple vinegar just prepare piney coladas for you and leave 4 days in warm temperature pineapple skin)
