Trim Hose Part Number

1979 175V6 Mariner serial #5190703. My large diameter trim hose blew. The local marina can't find a number. I have the two ram system with the bolts that go through the transom and carry the fluid. The bolt end of the line is internally threaded with a flare for a seat. The other end is externally threaded with the male end of the flare. A local hydraulics guy told me its an old style #4 thread. I would also like the nunber for the small line. I am sure its day are numbered as well.
Does anyone know where I might be able to get these lines if the internet fails me?
 
They don't look like the ones I have, but thanks for trying. The fittings they list in that diagram, are they to convert that thread type to npt specs? If I could do that I could get the hoses made up. My hose has a female swivel end that goes to the transom bolt. The other end of that hose looks like it will work.
