Trim cylinder locked in the up position all fluid out lock is down

1997 Merc 175. Motor locked in up position. Fluid gone lock in down position. Please help. Thanks. Bob

Raise the motor manually by lifting the end of the lower unit. Release the unlock lever. Lower the motor down manually.
