transmission noise diagnosis vevet drive

I posted in the transmission section and was hoping some of you guys would take a look at the post and maybe give me some input. I know some of the transmission posts don't get many responses, but you guys have always been awesome at my engine questions. I'm leaning towards dampner plate, but I'm not sure.

I have two 502 '89 , early this year I also had a bad noise in the trans area. Frist remove the inspection plate on the bell housing, with luck you will find broken damper plate springs. The cost is one of lowest you will find in drive system. A new damper plate is around $125.00 Good luck.
