Torque specs AQ131 exhaust manifold

Finally got some warm weather. Can anyone point me to the torque specs for exhaust manifold. Also thinking about using automotive gaskets and stainless bolts since it replacement didn't come with either. Any input is appreciated.

Do the automotive gaskets have the steel inner ring? They are probably fine. I wouldn't use SS exhaust bolts use the grade 8 instead with some anti-sieze.

So I picked up some automotive gaskets for 10 bucks they don't have steel inserts but water doesn't flow through that part anyway just on opposite ends of the manifold so they won't work. Ordered this one pictured instead. Also sourced some 10.10 steel bolts m8x 1.25x130 and 120's and will use anti seize for sure. Wish me luck

All I can find is 15ft lbs for the intake manifold nuts I used the german virgin torque spec. goot en tite use a center out pattern and just pull it down slow and even. After a few complete engine cycles give them another tug when the engine is fully cooled down.
