Torque specks on Mercury 60 hp

Ok guys I have removed the side plates from each side of this 1987 mercury 60 hp motor The exhaust/water jacket plate on the left side & the cover on the right side. What do I torque the bolts back to???

Just tighten them nice and snug (after running a tap down each hole and anti-seize coating each NEW bolt).

Is there a reason for new bolts? Mine came out looking brand new with no corrosion on them at all. I was going to antseize all of them.

If you didn't snap any of them off removing them--and one has to be damn lucky not to!--then why take a chance? You might have to remove 'em again in the future, right?
