Torque pressure for exhaust manifold and baffle for 1976 115 hp merc outboard

Does anyone know the torque pressure for the bolts on the exhaust manifold and baffle on a 1976 115 merc outboard.

Heavy snug is all you need. Be sure to clean the threads with a die first, and use anti-seize.
