Top seal puller

Does anyone know where I can get a top seal puller for '75 Evinrude 25h.p.

Find an old time shop.------------With the puller the seal can be removed in minutes.----------------Or if you cut the upper lip away you can get a thin screwdriver in there to pry it out carefully.
