top cowl gasket 3.5

The gasket on my 2010 3.5 top cowl has shrunk to the point
not being able to stayed glued .
Any ideas on how to reglue to the cowl ?

I used heavy duty double sided tape, similar to http://www.uline.com/BL_6023/3M-Double-Sided-Black-Foam-Tape

We use 3M 5200 for those.
