Tohatsu M25C Starting Issues

Looking for help on a 1992 M25C outboard. Was running the river the other day and on the way back in it was running great but then it sounded like if it was missing on one of the cylinders. It started slowing down at full throttle, it died when we made it back to the launch and didn’t want to start up again.

I run 50:1, checked compression have 120 in each cylinder, cleaned the carb, checked ignition coil wiring with an ohms meter to the manual, checked the CDI box with the meter all checks out. Checked spark and it has spark. I checked for fuel at the fuel pump and it is working, shoots fuel out at a decent pressure so it doesn’t seem like it is fuel related.

I’m stumped. When I throw some pre-mix in the cylinder, it doesn’t even want to try to fire. Any help would be appreciated.
