Re: TKS turn key start carburetor

The TKS impliments an electrically activated and timed enrichment device (both cold start and accellerate), and is all sensor data input controlled. Nothing like a typical carburetor in this regard! So, I believe that you will need the TKS system harness, the control unit and all of the sensors, etc.
You may want to look at Service Manual # 41. - http://www.4shared.com/file/137527161/1ff38a73/Service_Manual_41.html

There may be someone here who has done this who can help you.

For a guy that says; "HUMAN BUILT = HUMAN FIXED" ...... I'm surprised to hear you say that! LOL
If he has all the parts, it may be fun! :)

Re: TKS turn key start carburetor

you need to add 2 sensors

which then you need the $400 wire harness

the problem is this carb still needs to be rebuilt, and the carb rebuild kit is over $100!!!

so to me it is not worth it

Like i state, human built human fixed

Keep it simple

Re: TKS turn key start carburetor
