I have a 1993 TJ60TLETD motor on a 1993 18ft Bass Buggy pontoon. I recently bought it from a older couple and it had been sitting for a little over a year and half. All the furniture and seats were shot along with console. Rebuilt all that and reinstalled the throttle control and all wiring harness back in to new console. The switch on throttle quit working so I put the two wires on a toggle switch which allowed motor to turn over. The motor will turn over fine but no spark. I have followed trouble shooting guide from CDI by 1st disconnected black/yellow wire from power pack no spark ran same wire from key switch back to motor no grounded spots and harness is in tact 2nd disconnected yellow wires from rectifier again no spark 3rd battery is fully charged and all grounds are clean 4th checked ohms from orange to orange/black read 424 and brown to brown/yellow read 867 both in the top of spec's then I checked white to white/black read 676 which is over spec by 176. I do not have a DVA adapter is there a easier way without buying a tool that I will probably never use again to diagnose what component is bad or if all ignition components are bad.
