Timing

Hello I have a Yamaha 20hp 20MSHP that I have a issue with. It starts and idles no problem but when the timing starts to advance it dies. I have noticed that the magnets are pulling the timing ahead and not the throttle. If I turn the flywheel by hand the timing moves to max everything the magnet grabs it. I don't think that should happen. Thoughts.... video is to large to attach sorry

Remove flywheel for inspection.------Something is loose / out of place.-----Or linkages have fallen off.
