"I have a 135 - 1995 Mariner that will not trim back down after a move in the yard. The motor just "screams", but no movement of the motor. Any ideas on how to fix this?"

There are a few

There are a few fixes for this one...

1) How's the fluid level in the T & T unit?
2) Does it move freely when the by-pass screw is released? Up and down by hand?
3) Are all the points lubricated well?
4) Could be airlock in system due to low oil.

Check these out, get back if the issue persists.
