Tilt trim relay bracket

I have noticed that my relays for tilt and trim have been arcing. Often the relays will stop working and just click. I can press on them and I have power again. I've noticed arcing so I suspect I have a wire touching. Not much slack to even pull it out and get a good look.
I'm trying to replace with a new bracket but seems to be unavailable..... Do I have any options or is there something I can get to fit these relays to replace bracket? Engine is a 1990 70hp Evinrude E

I can't find the replacement bracket says no longer available.

That bracket was used for many years , many models.-----Google that part # and find a used one.

Looking at the picture I cant really tell if the bracket is melted.You sure thats not the sealer the factory puts on.As far as the relays arcing check your ground wire and make sure its clean and tight.

I'm going to take it off and look it over really well tomorrow, I'll let you know what I find.

Do some trouble shooting first.-------Might not be anything wrong with that bracket.

It still works just at times it doesn't. Seems as there is a loose wire causing it to arc and sometimes not work. Pop the engine cowl off and move it around and it works.
