Tilt/Trim Plug and screen 198 200hp

I have a E00TX00ECM and the plug and screen has broken off, part number 0337530 or 337530. I need to know how to get the remaining piece out of the mount. Does anyone know the size of the piece that goes into the mount. I'm pretty sure an easy out would do it, but don't know the correct size.

Sorry it is a 1998 eveinrude 200hp E200TXECM. There is a plug and screen pt number 0337530 on the hyd unit of the tilt and trim I think it is item # 9 on the hyd diagram for tilt/trim

Try a left handed drill bit. Easy outs have a habit of breaking off and then you're screwed.

Not familiar with left handed drill bit. Is this a special bit or just use the right size bit with drill in reverse?

It is a drill bit that is sharpened / fluted to cut with a drill in reverse direction.----Special bit.
