Tilt Trim on 2002 Honda 130

The Tilt Trim has started maki

The Tilt Trim has started making a creaking noise while raising the motor. Also it would not engage while trying to lower the motor. I cannot see where to add fluid or blead the lines. Any suggestions would be helpful. In addition what kind of ATF/Oil is appropriate?

tighten valve and let sit for a couple minutes, trim it up and look at the fluid level
repeat if necessary"

"With the engine fully tilted up you will see a small black plastic cap on a plastic reservoir. Remove the cap and add fluid till it overflows. I use a oil squirt can/bottle to fill the reservoir. Use your imagination... Once the reservoir is full, put the cap back on and raise and lower the engine a few times, then repeat the above until it won't take any more fluid.

The creaking noise is caused by the lack of grease on the ends of the tilt rams (the two small rams). Put some grease on the very ends of these rams so they have some lubrication where they meet the engine steering column."
