Tilt/trim not working

I have a 2015 Yamaha T9.9XPHB. The trim/tilt is not working. There is power to the motor and the fuses are good. When I push the switch up and down it isn’t working and there is no clicking sound coming from the relay.
When I put the boat in storage 2 months ago I left the motor down. When I returned, the motor was up. Not sure if that was a byproduct of the failure. I’m wondering if the switch or motor could be the problem. I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas you might have on this issue.

I am also experiencing motor tilt issues with my 2001 VMax 200. Problem is intermittent. Comes and goes. Someone out there must have some insight/experience with this issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
