Tilt trim is going down but not up (Johnson 60hp)

Hi guys,
I wanted to replace my power trim fluid. And because I'm not specialist I probably did something wrong.
What I did:
drained all the fluid....I loosened the nut that is around the hose at the bottom of the main piston.(Could I damaged something by this?)
Filled the system with new fluid, now the problems started because engine wasn't moving down. So I released the manual valve, dropped it down and then used trim to move it up, I did this a few times and then I started trying randomly going up and down but not all the way(by releasing the manual valve) and now the problem is reversed...it is going down but when I try to trim it up, it is going just to the end of two pistons and then it stops. Pump sounds fine to me and I don't see any leaks there.

Could I damaged something by unscrewing the manual valve too much?
Also after draining the fluid I thought that I finally found the drain screw but It was some sort of valve that had three holes inside it and it was covering some sort of mechanism with small ball and a spring. But I thing that I did put it back the way it was.

Please help guys

Manual valve should only be turned out 2 turns.----Any more may damage the circlip.-----Top up the fluid.----Run it up and down a few times to get the air out.

I already ran it up and down maybe 20 times but the information about the manual valve is new to me and I definitely turned it out more than 2 turns. May damaged manual valve cause my problems?
