Had a bit of a search through this forum but no real answers yet. I am thinking of buying a boat which has a 40hp Evinrude VRO on it. Not sure what year as I don't have the details of it. I am guessing a 1988ish model. In any case it does not come with a power tilt and trim. What is the compatibility of tilt and trim models within the model range?
Either that or I will look at an aftermarket model.
