"On my 93 115 the tilt works intermittently. Works fine out of water but under way, it seems to work then it "clicks" a littlte then it moves. If I let it sit while fishing, then try a few times, after a few clicks and 4-5 trys, it will raise up. Was told to bleed system after filling but find no bleed screw. Just the one on facing you to fill. Is there a relay or something going bad? The last time I filled the unit, I did not bleed it and never had a problem. Any suggestions appreciated."

"switch the up/down relay if you can, if the problem goes to the down side then you know its the relay. Sounds like the motor brushes are going out to me. As far as bleeding, normally just going all the way up and down a couple times keeping the reservoir full will bleed it."
