"My Mechanical tilt was labori

"My Mechanical tilt was laboring to move on my 270 drive, I've pulled it apart an found the upper bearing set in pieces, a bent screw spindle and the worm gear has broken teeth.

Does anyone know where I can order these parts to be sent to QLD Australia.

Also is there anything else in this picture that looks out of place.
