The PT-130 is a complete system and since your motor had a tilt/trim you could just use the existing relays and remove the OEM pump wires from the relays and tie in the wires from the CMC pump or you could leave the remove the relays on the motor and tie in the up/down wires from the CMC into your existing switch wiring.
I would follow the factory tilt/trim pump wires into the motor and cut them leaving about 3 inches at the relays and run the pump wires from the CNC in and splice them using wire nuts, then test if the up/down works correctly.
Be sure to have the motor about 2 inches higher with that unit- check owners manual as if you don't do that you will never get the bow on the boat to come down
